Wellness and Holistic Health: Our company has created innovative holistic therapies that heal not only the body, but also the spirit and the soul! The main idea of Wellness and Holistic Health is illustrated by a circle, in which two sections have been outlined, internally dividing the circle into 4 following parts: Holistic Health, Beauty, Wellness Eating, Mental Balance Activities.
Holistic Health care’s completely for the specific needs of the individual – the coverage of their physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs. Aspects of Holistic Health include Health Management (fitness, detox, green exercise, weight management, yoga, Pilates), Social Workshops (herbal garden, pottery, cooking, talks, activities) and Recovery & Rehabilitation (rehabilitation through machines or wet facilities to cover illness such as cardiovascular diseases, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis).

Beauty is intertwined with rejuvenation and relaxation and occurs through face and body treatments. The treatments offered in a SPA differ depending on the concept and philosophy of each hotel. The premium wellness concept that we create for each hotel is unique, includes signature treatments, and ensures immediate renewal and rejuvenation of the skin, as well as a healthy and long-lasting youthful result.

Nutrition plays an important role in a healthy life. Conscious Eating has multiple benefits for the body. A proper nutrition protects against significant health risks, builds the body’s resistance to pain, strengthens the mind, and contributes to longevity. Our nutritionists are experts in developing personalized diet plans.

Activities that create balance and peace of mind are referred to as Mental Balance Activities. Indoor activities such as physical exercise, reading a book in an organized library, mentoring a specialist psychologist or personal development are some of these activities. Outdoor activities such as walking, guided tours or a trip to nature, watching a productive-traditional process such as honey production, a social gathering outdoors help and lead to well-being.
